Acknowledgement of your application
All online applications to the above address will receive an email confirming receipt. All random applications (those not for a specific advertised vacancy) will receive a letter of acknowledgement and will be placed on file.
Interview process
- A phone Interview may be conducted in some instances e.g., not located in North Queensland or to do initial screening.
- A Face-to-face interview: where you’ll be asked to give examples of situations that demonstrate you relevant knowledge, skills and experiences. Of course, also an opportunity to find out more about our company and the role. You will be contacted prior to the interview to discuss details of the meeting, travel (where applicable), and/or any special needs you may have.
- Some roles may require further testing or assessment such as pre-employment medicals or psychometric testing. This will be discussed at the interview with plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
- Reference checking: In your application you must provide details of at least 2 – 3 professional referees and advise if they can currently be contacted. The reference checking phase is an extremely important part of the process and we need to speak to people who are in a position to comment on your performance at work.
- Verbal offer: If successful, you will be made a verbal offer explaining the details of the package offered.
- Formal offer.
- If you accept our offer we will forward an employment pack containing your contract or letter of offer, employment and personal details forms and information on the company.
